摘要
新建高炉煤气系统,包括煤气管网、气柜、除尘等都充满了空气,如果直接引入煤气必然发生事故。煤气系统通过采用氮气置换煤气柜的空气,再使用充满氮气的煤气柜进行反向置换和自然通风相结合的方法,达到煤气安全回收的目的。
A newly built BF gas system, including gas network, gas panel and dedusting system, is filled with air. If the gas is introduced directly, an accident is inevitable. The gas can be safely recovered through the combination of the nitrogen gas reverse feeding replacement of gas panel which is filled with nitrogen beforehand and natural ventilation.
