摘要
本文总结了３９９例原发性肝癌的围手术期处理经验，并对原发性肝癌的诊断方法、手术指征、术后处理、主要并发症的预防和治疗作了讨论。
The experience of managing surrounding operation period of 399 patients who suffered with primary liver cancer reviewed,the authors discussed the operating application,preoperative preparation,prevetion and treatment of main complication.
