应用记忆镍钛合金支架治疗气道狭窄 被引量:1

摘要 目的用记忆镍钛合金支架治疗气道狭窄疗效观察方法,选择气管癌或其他疾病致气道狭窄病人42例,用纤维支气管镜导引、在X线监视下,置入记忆镍钛合金支架。结果:显效,气管管腔直径≥1.7cm或主支气管管腔直径≥1.3cm者32例。有效,气管管腔直径≥1.2cm或主支气管管腔直径≥0.8cm者10例,总有效100%。结论:应用纤维支气管镜置入记忆镍钛合金支架治疗气道狭窄是一种简单、安全、有效的新方法。 Aim This study collected 42 cases suffering from tracheostenosis to reveal the therapy effect of nitinol alloy intraluminal tracheal stent(Ni- Ti ITS) . Methods Inducted by tracheobronchoscopy , the authors successfully implanted stents into the stenosed part of the trachea due to bronchogenic carcinoma or other diseases. Results There are significant effects in 32 cases whose bronchial diameter is larger than 1.7cm and whose tracheal diameter larger than 1.3cm. It is effective in 10 cases whose bronchial diameter is larger than 1.2cm and whose tracheal diameter larger than 0.8cm. The total effective rate is 100 percent. Conclusion Implanting stents in tracheostenosis cases in a simple, secure and effective therapy.
