基于离差最大化方法的电力通信网传输部分的综合评估 被引量:4

摘要 由于电力通信传输网传输部分在整个电力通信传输网中起着十分重要的作用,有必要对其传输部分进行综合评估,得到传输部分的整体评估值,增加对传输部分整体的安全性情况的了解,有利于对整体的检修和维护。为了增加评估过程和评估结果的客观性,引入离差最大化方法,并对其进行了详细地介绍。应用离差最大化方法来确定指标权重,应用实际数据来进行综合评估。通过对广东2006年的情况进行实例分析和评估方法的证明,证实了评估方法的有效性和实用性。 Because the transmission part of communication network of electric power is more important in the whole communication network of electric power, it's necessary to evaluate the transmission part, and the whole evaluating value is got. It will increase understanding for the whole thing of security of the transmission part, and it's advantageous for the whole overhaul and maintenance. To increase the objectivity of the process and result of evaluation, method of maximizing deviations is introduced and presented in detail. The power weight is made with method of maximizing deviations, and the practical data is used to evaluate. The example is made using the whole thing of security of the transmission part of communication network of electric power in Guangdong province, and the evaluating method is tested.
