摘要
简要介绍了目前电能质量监测中电压波动和闪变的测量方法,并分析了存在的一些问题。提出了一种瞬时电压闪变监测及定量评估方法,该方法首先采用Prony方法将电压信号分解为基频和间谐波频率两部分,然后借助Hilbert变换从Prony线性拟合结果中提取电压包络线,即而获得电能质量评估中瞬时电压闪变严重程度的定量信息。数值仿真算例初步验证了该方法的有效性。
This paper simply describes the main methods for detection of voltage fluctuation and flicker, and some existing problems. It introduces an applicable method for the quantitative evaluation and detection of the instantaneous flicker level. The technique based on Prony Analysis and Hilbert Transform develops the envelope of the voltage waveform from actual non-stationary voltage signal .Three cases are studied by numerical simulation and preliminary prove this method effective.
