超敏C反应蛋白与代谢综合征中医证型相关性研究

Study on the Correlation between hs-CRP and TCM Syndromes of Metabolic Syndrome

目的探讨超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与代谢综合征中医证型的相关性。方法对100例代谢综合征患者进行中医证型的分类,并观察其中医证型与hs-CRP的相关性。结果发现代谢综合征各组患者hs-CRP显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01),而中医各证型均存在不同程度的hs-CRP增高现象,其值随证型的演变而变化,肝阳上亢<痰浊阻遏<痰瘀互结<阴虚热盛<阴阳两虚<气阴两虚(P<0.05)。结论hs-CRP的水平可反映代谢综合征的严重程度,可将hs-CRP作为中医辨证的客观指标。

Objective To discuss the correlation between hs-CRP and pattems of metabolic syndrome in TCM. Method One hundred patients with metabolic syndrome were classified according to pattems of TCM. The correlation between hs-CRP and pattems of metabolic syndrome in TCM was observed. Result hs-CRP of patients group was superior to that of control group （P〈0.01）. Increase of hs-CRP varies considerably in group of different pattems was as follows.- hyperactivity in liver-yang syndrome 〈 retention of phlegm syndrome 〈 intermingled phlegm and blood stasis syndrome 〈 deficiency of both yin and yang syndrome 〈 deficiency both Qi and yin deficiency （P〈0.05）. Conclusion hs-CRP is an indication of severity of metabolic syndrome, and can be used as an objective indicator for syndrome differentiation.
