商品肉豆蔻药材的指纹图谱研究

Primary Study on Fingerprint of Nutmeg in Different Areas

目的建立商品肉豆蔻药材甲醇提取液的指纹图谱分析方法,以考察不同地区市售肉豆蔻药材质量的均一性。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为ZORBAX EclipseXDB-C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-乙腈-水(25∶35∶40),流速1mL/min,柱温:30℃;检测波长:270nm。以去氢二异丁香酚为参照物。结果建立了肉豆蔻药材的指纹图谱,共有17个共有峰,指纹图谱相似度均在0.9以上。结论不同地区市售的商品肉豆蔻药材无差异性,该法准确、可靠,为肉豆蔻药材的质量控制提供了科学依据。

Objective To establish the fingerprints analysis of the methanol extracts of nutmeg, and study quality uniformity of nutmeg in different areas. Methods A ZORBAX EclipseXDB-C18 （4.6 mm× 150 mm, 5 μm） column was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetonitrile-water （25 ： 35 ： 40）, the flow rate was 1 mL/min, the column temperature was 30 ℃, the detective wavelength was 270 nm. Dehydrodiisoeugenol was used as reference compound. Results Fingerprint of nutmeg was established, consisted of 17 common peaks. The similarity of fingerprints was over 0.9. Conclusion The fingerprints of nutmeg in different areas have no differences. This method is accurate, reliable and provides a scientific basis for the quality control of nutmeg.
