摘要 教师是文化的传播者和传承者,应该以创建和谐社会为已任。努力营造学校良好的“人际关系”“课堂文化”“现代学校制度”“社区文化”“校园文化”等,形成积极向上的优秀学校文化,构建和谐教育,全面推进素质教育、促进学生全面发展。
