Discussing on "the Harmoniousness" of Economic Law and Harmonious Society

构建社会主义和谐社会,需要完善和谐社会的政治基础、社会基础、文化基础和法律基础。其中最为重要的是完善法律基础,通过构建社会主义法治社会,运用完善的法律对社会关系进行全面有效的调整。经济法作为社会主义法律体系中一个十分重要的部门法,其产生的历史、价值取向、本质、基本原则等都与和谐社会的基本特征相吻合。因此,经济法在和谐社会的构建中可以发挥重要的制度保障作用,而重新完善经济法具体制度则是作用发挥的基础。

Setting up harmonious society of socialism needs to perfect political foundation, social foundation, cultural foundation and legal foundation of harmonious society. Among them, perfecting legal foundation is most important one. Through setting up socialism law society, perfecting law to overall adjust the social relationship validly. Economic law, as one important section in the socialism legal system, its history, the value tropism, essence, basic principle... etc. are fit with the basic characteristic of harmonious society. Therefore, in the progress of setting up harmonious society economic law can play a very important role. Perfecting concrete system of economic law is the foundation of function.
