学校是一个生态系统。以生态和谐理念作为学校基本价值取向构建的生态大学,是一种适应时代发展要求的全新办学理念,是高校内部管理体制改革的重要理论指导。高校内部管理体制改革问题主要是学校管理重心定位和校院两级分权管理问题,其实质就是大学内部学院制模式的确定。
