摘要
研究和探讨油库自动计量所使用的核心技术:HART通信协议、油库的计量方法。给出HART通信协议在油库自动计量系统中的应用。HART协议是模拟系统向数字系统转变过程中唯一向后兼容的智能仪表解决方案,同时具备现场总线优点,并保留对现有4～20mA系统的兼容性。阐述HART通信功能的软、硬件工作原理。
In this paper, the core of the technology is discussed, which includes HART communication protocol, measurement methods and computation for storage tanks. HART communication protocol is applied in the system. The HART protocol provides a uniquely backward compatible solution for smart instrument communication as both 4-20mA analog and digital communication signals are transmitted simultaneously on the same wiring. HART provides many benefits promised by fieldbus, while remaining the compatibility and familiarity of existing 4-20mA systems. HART protocol is illustrated and the operational principles of hardware and software of the Processor for Tank Farm are described.
