摘要
主要描述瓦斯检测仪中前端数据采集模块和数据处理的设计,瓦斯传感器采用半导体传感器MQ214。根据气体的数据特点,对A/D采样后数据进行滤波处理,得到较为精确的测量数据。采集电路分为加热与恢复两种工作状态:数据处理采用MATLAB设计低通椭圆滤波器参数,并在单片机上实现软件滤波,有效滤除了带外噪声。
This paper mainly describes the gas acquisition module and data processing design in gas detector using the gas sensors MQ214, and filtering after A/D sampling according to the data characteristics of gas. The circuit has two work conditions of heating and restoring. Filter parameters are designed by MATLAB. The noise is filtered by the program of filter.
