豪猪寄生虫病的发生与防治

Verminosis epidemiological investigation and control of Hystrix hodgsoni

选取湖南省野生动物救护繁殖中心6个饲养区30个栏舍为试验点,用漂浮法对卵囊进行镜检观察。结果表明6个区均感染了球虫、蛔虫、毛首线虫,其平均感染率分别为52%、16%、31.33%,并对已感染寄生虫病的栏舍进行了药物防治试验,其防治效果良好。

30 groups of six feed districts for experiment in Wildlife Conservation Center of Hunan Province were selected for enperment. The observation of parasitic eggs in microscope was with a floating method. The results showed that six feed districts were infected with Iospom, scaris and capillaria, and the average infection rates were 52%, 16% and 31.33%. Respectively, the effective measures to groups has infected verminosis.
