摘要
目的：探讨针头镜胆囊切除术的指征，手术方法及发展前景。方法：自1996年7月～1997年7月共进行了70例用3种不同方法的针头镜胆囊切除术，其中5例中转传统腹腔镜胆囊切除术。结果：无术中及术后并发症。结论：针头镜手术运用于部分腹腔镜胆囊切除术病人，并在外科及妇科疾病的诊断和治疗中有着很大的发展前景。
The aim of this study was to research the indications, procedures, and prospects of mini-laparoscopic cholecys tectomy ,From July 1996 to July 1997, mini-laparoscopic cholecystectomy was performed on 70 patients using three different procedures. Five of these patients were converted to traditional LC. The results show no pre- or post-opera tive complications . Mini-laparoscopic cholecystectomy can be used to treat 20 % of the patients undergoing LC. It has a perfect prospect in the diagnosis and treatment of surgery and gynaecology.
