摘要
针对机电产品中管路系统的重要性和手工布管的缺点,提出了一种基于柔性导管模型的虚拟环境下管路布局设计方法。为了精确定位导管,提出基于位姿控制点的柔性导管建模技术。在该技术中,导管的形状和空间位姿可以通过位姿控制点实时调整和改变;利用自动生成和交互式调整两种导管布局方式,实现导管快速布局。为了提高管路附件的装配效率,开发了基于特征的管路附件的自动装配技术。在布局过程中综合利用了管路工程知识与规则,以保证布局结果的工程合理性。通过对管路布局结果进行数据后处理,生成导管加工统计信息和各种报表,以支持现场生产。
Aiming at the importance of pipe system and the disadvantages of manual pipe layout in mechatronics, pipe layout design in Virtual Environment (VE) with flexible pipe model was put forward. Flexible pipe modeling technology based on position and orientation control points was presented to locate pipe accurately. And position as well as orientation or shape of pipe could be adjusted through position and orientation control points in real time. Fast pipe layout was realized by either automatic generation or interactive adjustment. Characteristic-based automatic assembly of pipe accessory was developed to improve the efficiency of pipe accessory assembly. Knowledge and rules on pipe were used during the pipe layout to ensure the rationality of the pipe layout results in engineering. Pipe charts and statistics were obtained by processing the results of pipe layout to support the field production.
