摘要
为在短期内实现大型复合或组合构件产品的开发与生产,提出一个网格化分布式制造一体化体系结构框架。该框架集成了开放网格计算环境的实时分布式子网格一体化体系结构框架和欧盟的虚拟自动化网络,通过允许并行企业更快更容易开发新技术,评价快速原型与生产,管理基于知识的制造,并应用e-Science求解制造中的新问题,来支持大型组合构件产品的全生命周期管理。
A Grid-based Distributed Manufacturing Integrated Architecture Framework (GDMIAF) was proposed to realize development and manufacturing of large scale compound component products in the short run. A real-time distributed sub grid integrated architecture framework for Open Grid Computing Environment (OGCE) and Europe an Union's Virtual Automation Networks (VAN) were integrated in GDMIAF. GDMIAF supported the entire life cycle management of large scale product by allowing Concurrent Enterprise (CE) to quickly and easily develop new technologies, evaluate rapid prototype and production, manage knowledg-based manufacturing, and apply e-Science to solve novel problems in manufacturing.
