AHP-based synthetic evaluation on performance of alliance enterprises process management

基于过程控制、核心竞争力和合作绩效等三方面,构建了动态联盟过程管理绩效的评价体系,设计了设计调查表,对南京市50家销售亿元企业进行调研,对联盟企业过程管理的合作绩效进行评价,得出合作绩效对于联盟企业过程管理而言是具有最大重要性的因素的结论。

The evaluation system of process management for dynamic alliance was constructed based on process control, core competitiveness and cooperation performance. The questionnaire was also designed, and 50 enterprises with over hundred million sales volume in Nanjing were investigated and studied. Their cooperation performances of process management in alliance enterprises were also evaluated. It was concluded that cooperation performance was the most important factor in the alliance enterprises process management.
