摘要
查阅国内外相关文献进行总结和归纳,介绍了有序介孔材料的分类及特点,并分析了影响有序介孔材料孔径大小的因素,概括了常用的表征方法,重点阐述了介孔材料在药物及基因传递中的应用。有序介孔材料具有比表面积大,孔径结构均一、可调等优良的理化性能,作为药物载体,既有较高的载药量,又能获得理想的药物缓释效果;作为基因载体,能很好地与DNA结合,并利于基因传递和表达。有序介孔材料必将在药物和基因传递中发挥出越来越大的作用。
To summarize the the application of ordered mesoporous materials in drug and gene delivery, the domestic and foreign relevant literature was reviewed. This review summarized the properties of ordered mesoporous materials about classification and features, analyzed the influential factors of pore size of ordered mesoporous materials, and generalized the characterization methods, specially focusing on the application of ordered mesoporous materials in drug and gene delivery. Ordered mesoporous materials have well-defined chemical and physical functionalities due to their remarkable properties such as high ratio surface area, uniform pore size, adjustable pore structure and so on. They not only have higher drug-loading but possess an ideal sustained drug release effect as drug carriers; as gene vectors, they have a good bond with DNA, and are favorable in gene delivery and expression. Ordered mesoporous materials will play a more important role in drug and gene delivery.
