本文通过对上海近郊商业开放步街的典型案例进行实地调研,对商业开放步街的发展与设计理论进行了详尽探讨,从三大开放步街体系、人流导向设计、空间要素设计、高体验空间设计、以及高附加值创造四个方面结合实例予以详细论证,最后总结了现代商业开放步街的主要选型和特征。

In this thesis, discussions were made about the open space walking street design attributes through inspections of outskirts of the city in Shanghai. From four main aspects of the three main walking street structures, the crowed guide design, space elements design and high value-added space, the author made a detailed discussion.
