摘要 综述了2000-2007年分光光度法测定铬(Ⅵ)的研究进展,内容包括常规光度法、催化动力学光度法和阻抑动力学光度法。对方法检测体系、反应介质条件、线性范围、检出限、实际应用对象等予以综合评述,并对光度法测定铬(Ⅵ)的发展提出了提高仪器性能,以提高灵敏度和减少测量误差;开发灵敏度高、选择性强、稳定性好的无毒或低毒的新型有色染料和指示剂;将自动化程度高,灵敏度高和稳定好的分离富集技术与检测方法联用,以降低测定干扰,增强方法准确度等建议。 The development of spectrophotometric analysis of hexavalent chromium from 2000 to 2007 is reviewed. Main analysis methods include conventional photometric method, catalytic spectrophotometric method and inhibition kinetic spectrophotometric method. The indicator reaction, detection limit, linear range and applications of the methods are involved. The development tend for spectrophotometric determination of hexavalent chromium in the future is discussed. Finally, we give some suggestions for the development of spectrophotometric analysis. Improving the performance of equipment to increase sensitivity and reduce the measurement error, exploiting the new colored dyes and indicators with high sensitivity, selectivity, stability and low toxicity, associating the good separation and enrichment technology with high automation, Sensitivity, stability with the detection method to reduce determination interference and enhance the accuracy of the methods should be noted.
