从“否”卦谈痞证

痞证是《伤寒论》中的一个大证,以"心下痞,按之濡"为其主证,其证错综复杂,用药亦多为寒热并行。因此,总是令后学者难以掌握。但如果以字义及《易》理为切入点进行研究,便可以化繁为简。本文即是依此方法对痞证进行的探讨和研究。痞证取《易经》"否"卦之象,"否"卦乃"天地不交,万物不通也","否"即为闭塞之义。仲景论述痞证最详,立五泻心汤等方剂,为后学治痞之典范。
