虚、湿、瘀、热是老年人萎缩性胃炎的病理因素,均可导致气机失调,最终导致胃气失和,气血运行受阻,胃壁黏膜不得荣养,继而萎缩,这是本病发生的主要病机。治疗要通补相兼,补而勿滞,通不伤正,时刻注意顾护胃气。

Diffciency,dampness,blood stasis and heat are the pathological factors of senile strophic gastritis,they can cause the irregulation of qi activity,finally leading to the disharmony of stomach-qi,the flow stagnation of qi and blood and the failure of nourishment of stomach wall mucosa and even atrophy.That is the pathogenesis of the disease.Proper attention should be paid to both the purgation and tonification in the treatment,stagnation be avoided in the tonification and the vital qi be protected in the purgation.
