降脂丸对高血脂模型大鼠血脂作用的实验研究

Experimental Study on Antihyperlipidaemic Effect of Jiangzhi Pill on Model Rats

目的:探讨降脂丸对高血脂模型大鼠的降脂功效。方法:60只大鼠,随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、降脂丸高剂量组、降脂丸中剂量组、降脂丸低剂量组、阳性对照组,分别给予生理盐水或药物,连续给药30 d。实验结束,取血清检测TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C等指标。结果:模型对照组TC、TG、LDL-C较正常对照组明显升高,HDL-C明显下降(P均<0.05),降脂丸高、中剂量组和阳性对照组TC、TG、LDL-C较模型对照组明显降低,HDL-C明显升高(P均<0.05)。结论:降脂丸有较好的降血脂作用。

Objective：To discuss the antihyperlipidaemic effect of Jiangzhi Pill on model rats.Methods：Sixty rats were randomly divided into the normal control group,model control group,high dose Jiangzhi Pill group,middle dose Jiangzhi Pill group,low dose Jiangzhi Pill group and positive control group.They were givern saline or drug perfusion continuously for 30 days.The blood serum were taken to examine the indexes TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C after the experiment.Results：TC,TG and LDL-C of the model control group increased significantly （P〈0.05） in comparison with those of the normal control group,and HDL-C decreased obviously（P〈0.05）.TC,TG and LDL-C of the high dose Jiangzhi Pill group,middle dose Jiangzhi Pill group and positive control group decreased significantly （P〈0.05） in comparison with those of the model control group,and HDL-C increased significantly （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Jiangzhi Pill has much better antihyperlipidaemic effect.
