摘要
采用Sherolock全自动微生物鉴定系统,用气相色谱法,分析测定了4株诺卡氏菌型放线菌分离菌株的脂肪酸成分和含量,结果表明,该法具有分辨率高,稳定、重现性好,简便易行等特点,在一定程度上与16SrRNA基因序列比较结果相一致,能在种及菌株水平上反映出放线菌的基因型、系统发育和分类关系,是一种较好的脂肪酸定量测定方法,尤其适用于分析大量的菌株或分离株,可应用于放线菌种水平的分类和快速鉴定。
The cellular fatty acid patterns in 4 isolates of nocardioform actinomycetes were analyzed quantificationally by gas chromatography using the Sherolock standard MIDI (Microbial Identification) system. The results indicate that the method is relatively unique, simple, stable, and reproducible. To some extent, it yields results that are in agreement with 16S rRNA gene sequences study, and appears to reflect the genotypic, phylogenetic and taxonomic relationships of actinomycetes at the species-strain level. Therefore, it can be used as a rapid and efficient means of determining taxonomic diversity and phylogenetic structure of actinomycetes at the species level, especially of large collections of strains.
