摘要
旋压加工技术是借助旋轮、芯模等工具旋转,使金属产生连续的局部塑性变形而加工成空心回转体零件的工艺。综述了铝合金的旋压工艺特点、影响因素、数值模拟等方面的研究现状,提出了今后的发展方向。
Spinning is a technology to produce hollow rotating parts through continuous plastic deformation of metal with the aid of rotation of tools of roller and mandrel. The present status of technical features, influence factors and numerical simulation for aluminum alloy spinning are reviewed in this paper, and the development direction in the future is also introduced.
