空气轴承式板形检测辊静态及动态校正试验研究

摘要 对设计的空气轴承式板形检测辊进行了不同供气压力下的压差-负载试验、最大承载力试验。在试验中发现辊环的压差-负载曲线为曲线组的原因,提出了动态校正的方法。运用此方法对辊环的空负载圆周压差进行了校正试验,取得了满意的结果。试验表明,设计的检测辊适合于小载荷的铝箔、铜箔等有色金属轧制过程中的板形检测。 According to the design of air strip shape measuring roll, we have performaced the pressure-load test, the largest capacity test under different gas pressure. In the experiment found that the reasons of the pressure roller ring-load curve for the group, we made the dynamic calibration method. Using the method, the roller ring circumference air pressure load calibration tests was conducted, and achieved satisfactory results. Tests show that the design of roller suitable for the strip shape measuring of small loads aluminum foil, copper and other non-ferrous metals.
