摘要
高职人才培养模式多样化是社会、高职院校、学生个体发展的必然要求，也是提高高职教育教学质量的必然选择。高职人才培养模式多样化的实践路径必须在人才培养目标模式、课程体系模式、实践教学模式上进行大胆的改革与创新。
The diversification of higher vocational education talents cultivation model is the necessary request of social, higher vocational school and student individual development and also the inevitable choice of improving teaching quality. The diversification practice way of higher vocational education talents cultivation model must carry on bold reform and innovation in personnel training goal pattern,curriculum system pattern and practice teaching model.
