摘要 浙江省高等职业教育可从建立体系合理化机制、质量保障机制和政府作用机制三方面实现与区域经济的协调发展。首先,要通过高职院校的合理布局、高职院校专业设置的合理化、高职院校创新办学模式、教师队伍和实训基地建设实现高等职业教育体系的合理化。其次,分别以学校为单位和中介机构为纽带,构建高等职业教育内部和外部质量保障机制。第三,通过政府引导和监控充分发挥政府作用。 Higher vocational education in Zhejiang can achieve harmonious development with regional economy from the aspects of system rationalization mechanism, quality assurance mechanism and governmental function mechanism. Firstly, higher vocational education can achieve system rationalization through reasonable distribution of higher vocational schools, rationalization of specialty setup, innovating school-running model and construction of teaching staff and practice training base; secondly, building inside quality assurance mechanism and outside quality assurance mechanism relying on school and agency; thirdly, fully taking advantage of government through governmental guidance and monitoring.
