摘要
本研究通过把访谈结果和文献资料综合,得出工作安全感威胁源的36道相关题项,再通过问卷调查的方式,让179位来自不同类型工作单位且毕业于高职高专的社会人士判断这36题对工作安全感的影响程度,之后用探索性因素分析主成份因素分析法对170份有效问卷数据进行统计分析,剔除了11道与工作安全感威胁源关系较小的题项,保留25道题,多次探索性因素分析后得出工作安全感威胁源的四个因子,分别是:职业前景、团队工作氛围、待遇福利和工作稳定性。
Through integrating interview results with literature data, the study formed 36 question items relative to threatening oringin of working safety sense, then 179 social subjects who come from different working institutions and graduated from higher technical schools judged the influencing degree of these items by questionnaire investigation, and the author implemented statistical analysis on 170 effective questionnaires by exploration factor analysis and main factor analysis methods, and the results are: 11 question items that have little relationship with threatening oringin of working safety sense is eliminated, 25 question items are reserved, and four factors relative to threatening oringin of working safety sense are: professional prospect, team work atmosphere, treatment and welfare and working stability.
