河北省新型农民教育研究

Research of the New Peasant Education in Hebei Province——a field survey with Tang County as a case

进入21世纪以来,开展"新型农民教育"成为中共中央、国务院统筹城乡发展的重要战略举措。基此,本课题组深入河北农村8个县(市)之一的唐县进行实地调查与走访,掌握了新型农民教育政策在唐县实际实施中的各项真实数据,对其运行、成就、特点、困难与问题等做出初步的探索与总结,并提出进一步发展农民教育的建议。

To launch the ＂New Peasant Education＂ campaign has been an important strategic measure to balance urban and rural development since the 21^st century. On the basis of this, our research group pays a visit to Tang County, which is one of the eight counties in Hebei countryside and does a field survey. We get some true statistics about the actual implementation of the new peasant education policy through this, and make the primary exploration and summary of the operations, achievements, characteristics, diffecuhies and problems of this policy. In the end, the authors put forward some suggestions on how to further develop peasant education.
