摘要
针对成人教育在办学形式、办学层次和生源构成等方面的问题,文章论证了我国普通高校成人教育人才培养模式多样化的理论依据和必然性,并对多样性人才培养模式提出了初步构想。
By analyzing the form and level of adult education and its source of students,this paper offers a theoretical basis for the diversified training patterns in China＇s institutions of higher learning for adults as well as a tentative program for such diversified training patterns.
