语训矫治青春期后持续性假声

Phonation Training Treatment for Post Puberty Persistent Falsetto

本文采用简便易行的语训方法矫治98例青春期后持续性假声患者.矫治前患者发声不稳,有尖声及音哑,发a及i音基频分别为247 Hz及262 Hz.语训后音调降低,音色丰润无音哑,发a及i音基频分别为138 Hz及144 Hz,且共振峰频率值也有明显下降.所有患者随访一年无复发.本文还就青春期后持续性假声的形成机制进行讨论,并对语训方法进行说明.

We demonstrated an easy phonation training 98 patients with post puberty persistent falsetto.The F0 frequency of vowel 'a:' and 'i:' before training was 247 Hz and 262 Hz,corresponding to 138 Hz and 144 Hz after tiaining. All the patients were follwed up and none of them recured in one year we also discussed the mechanism of the formation of the post puberty persistent falsetto and explained training method.
