嗓音异常的手术治疗

Surgical Treatment of Heterophony

不伴有声带器质性病变的各种嗓音异常,如各种原因引起一侧或双侧声带麻痹、喉上神经麻痹或喉肌病变引起的声带张力不足、声调异常等.1990年以来我科通过手术治疗52例.手术方法包括甲状软骨成形各型手术和环甲关节拔动术,并将手术适应证及手术方法作了介绍,其中对某些术式如声带内移及声带拉紧术有所改进,使疗效更加巩固,并对各种手术方法的优缺点进行了讨论.

Different kinds of heterophony without pathological changes in the vocal cord were discussed,including unilateral or bilateral vocal cord paralysis, superior laryngeal paralysis, the subenergetic vocal cord tension by laryngeal muscular disease and abnormal paraphonia puberum and so on. Since 1990 52 patients had been operated on in our department,including all types of thyroplasty and relaxation of cricoarytenoid articulation. This article introduced the indication, method,and improvement of surgical technique (moving internal vocal cord and taking tension of vocal cord).These improvement got more curative effect.The author also discussed the merits and demerits of the operation.
