摘要
研究3种免疫增强剂对动物免疫功能及睡眠的影响。给小鼠注射异丙肌普,一周后其脾淋巴细胞转化能力增强,腹腔巨噬细胞释放IL-1和TNF的能力增强,戊巴比妥钠诱导的睡眠时间明显延长;给家兔注射转移因子,一周后其血淋巴细胞转化能力增强,血清TNF水平增加,睡眠时间也明显延长;静脉或脑室内注射胞壁酰二肽,小鼠血清及脑组织中TNF水平增高,可延长家兔睡眠时间。以上结果提示增强免疫功能可延长动物睡眠时间。
The effects of three immunoenhancers on immune system and sleep were studied in mice and rabbits. Isoprinosine (25, 50 mg/kg × 7 d, ip) could promote the proliferation of mice spleen lymphocytes stimulated by ConA and LPS, and increase the secretion of IL-1 and TNF from mice peritoneal macrophages. At the same time, the sleep time induced by sodium pentobarbital was prolonged. Transfer factor (4 mg/(kg· d-1) × 4,sc) which is another immunoenhancer, also promoted the proliferation of rabbit's blood mononuclear cells stimulated by ConA and LPS, and increased the level of TNF in rabbit's serum. The sleep time, especially the deep sleep, was prolonged simultaneously. Muramyl dipeptide (MDP) also in creased the level of TNF in mice's serum and brain and deep sleep of rabbit. These resultssuggested that immune system played an important role in the regulation of sleep.
