摘要
本文采用PCR反应、限制性酶切和电泳分型方法．检测了血管紧张素Ⅱ的Ⅰ型受体基因多态位点（A1166→C）在甲国正常人群中的分布。结果表明C1166的基因频率为0．034，所检验的群体为遗传不平衡群体。
The distribution of angiotensinⅡ typeⅠ receptor gene polymorphism (A1166 - C ) was studied by PCR, restricative enzrwe digestion and electrophoresis in Chinese population. The results show that the frequency of allele gene C1166 is 0.034,the population is not genetic equilibrium.
