微孔板抗生素药敏试验检测45株泌尿生殖道支原体药敏性的实验研究

Experimental study about the micro-plate antibiotics susceptibility test for the analysis of the susceptibility of 8 antibiotics to 45 strains from clinical urogenital specimens Mycoplasmas

本文进一步报告了用建立的微孔板药敏法对225份泌尿生殖道中分离的45株人型支原体和解脲支原作进行药敏性测定的结果。2种支原体对四环素、二甲胺四环素、强力霉素、洁霉素、克林霉素、红霉素、角沙霉素、氧氟沙星8种抗生素的微孔板最小抑菌浓度均值分别为6．72；4．95；2．79；4．76；2．89：2．48；4．36：10．44；2．95；7．55；9．72；4．69；3．12；2．83；2．36；2．34（mg／L），稍高于试管法MIC的均值。根据测定结果，建议对上述两种支原体的临床治疗应首选二甲胺四环素、强力霉素、角沙霉素和氧氧沙星，其他4种对两种支原体有效的抗生素应根据药敏实验的结果选用。作者认为微孔药敏法具有明显的优越性，宜于支原作临床检验室采用。

This is the second report of the sutdy with the method of microplate antibiotics susceptibility test for analysis the sensitive spectrum of urogenital Mycoplasmas, 45 strains from 225 clinical specimens of Mycoplasma hominis or Ureaplasma urealvtium were determinated. The values of geometric means of Mycoplasmas to 8 antibiotics Tetracycline. Minocycline, Doxycycline.Lincomycin, Clindamycin, Erythromycin,Josamycine, Ofloxacin were respectively 6. 72, 4.95, 2. 79, 4. 76; 2. 89, 2. 48; 4. 63, 10- 44: 2. 95, 7.55; 9. 72,4. 96; 3. 12, 2. 83; 2. 36, 2. 43; (mg/L),a slightly higher than those sensitive values obtained by method of tube MIC test. According to the result tested of the sensitive spectrum,it seems that the first-class selection of sensitive antibiotics for the treatment of infections causgd by urogenital mycoplasmas should be mainly the Minocycline,Doxycycline,Josacycline,Ofloxacin,and the other 4 antibiotics should be selected according to the result of determination by microplate susceptibility test,because of its advantage of simplicity.
