广州市儿童预防接种信息管理网络系统建设的可行性调查分析

Feasibility diagnoses of children vaccinate communication manage network build of Guangzhou

目的了解广州市各预防接种单位的硬件、网络管理软件和信息系统人力资源三方面的基本情况,更好地分析广州市儿童预防接种信息管理网络建设的可行性。方法以邮件的形式,由广州市疾病控制中心计免科发到各区市(县级市)疾病控制中心,再由区市(县级市)疾病控制中心专人负责以一对一访谈的形式完成调查表。结果广州市预防接种单位有214间,从辖区人口分布,各单位门诊日运转周期到工作人员的年龄、工作经验等各方面分布均不均匀,但已有97%的单位已配置了计算机并使用了由广州资源公司开发的软件,其中88%已实现上网,以WindowsXP作为计算机操作系统的为88%,95%的电脑CPU主频大于1500MHz,88%的内存≥256M。全市214间预防接种单位中均已有拟参与信息化管理的工作人员的计算机水平较高,有81%以上的预防接种点的工作人员均会使用计算机。结论广州市实施儿童预防接种信息系统是可行的。

Objective To understand the hardware, administration of networks software and information systems manpower fountain＇s basic tiring of vaccinate units of Guangzhou, and to analyse feasibility of children vaccinate communication manage network build of Guangzhou. Methods Guangzhou CDC use mail to every section CDC, and section CDC use one to one talk to finish this questionary. Results there are 214 units in Guangzhou, the distributions are asymmetry about distributing of popedom population, the dates of vaccinate , the personnel age and work experience. But there are 97% units have computers and use software of Guangzhou Ziyuan company, thereinto 88% units have go to net, 88% units use Windows XP. The workman have high level ofnse computer , there are 81% workman can use computer. Conclusion This is feasible of actualize children vaccinate communication manage network build of Guangzhou.
