摘要
由于小容量电容器在高低温温度特性试验中的测试精度要求高,所以测试夹具的分布电容和接触电阻的影响会给测试带来很大的困难。对小容量电容器高低溫试验的测试方法和测试中夹具所带来的分布电容和接触电阻进行了探讨、分析与研究,经过反复测试和比对,提出了解决的办法及意见来证明合适的测试方法。
In the high a low temperature test of small capacity capacitors, the distribured capacitance and contact resistance of the fixture can be problems due to the high accuracy requirement. In this paper the test methods of hish and low temperature test of small capacity capacitors and the distribured capacitance and contact resistance of the fixture were discussed and analyzed, and some advices were provided for demonstrating the proper test methods.
