2007年潍坊市坊子区医院产房新生儿首针乙型肝炎疫苗接种分析

Evaluation on HB Vaccination for Newborns in Obstetrical Department in Fangzi District of Weifang City in 2007

目的了解坊子区乙型肝炎(乙肝)疫苗纳入儿童计划免疫后,医院产房新生儿首针乙肝疫苗的接种情况。方法采取回顾性调查的方法,对5 921名新生儿进行调查。结果医院产房新生儿首针乙肝疫苗的接种率、及时接种率分别为98.14%、97.10%,母亲HBsAg阳性率1.30%。结论坊子区医院产房新生儿首针乙肝疫苗的接种工作开展较好。

Objective To investigate HB vaccination rate of the first dose for newborns in obstetrical department after HB vaccine was brought into EPI in Fangzi District of Weifang City. Methods 5 921 newborns were investigated by retrospective investigation. Results The vaccination rate and timely vaccination rate of the first dose of HB vaccine for newborns were 98.14% and 97.10% , respectively. The positive rate of HBsAg was 1.30% among mothers. Condusion The vaccination of the first dose of HB vaccine for newborns is well carried out in obstetrical department in Fangzi District of Weifang City.
