2006年四川省碘盐监测结果分析

Analysis of Iodized Salt Monitoring in Sichuan Province in 2006

目的了解和掌握四川省生产加工和居民层次碘盐的合格情况,查找问题,为制定下一步防治策略提供科学依据。方法根据《全国碘盐监测方案》,抽取碘盐生产加工企业和各盐业分、支公司任一批量食用盐9个单位产品,检测其含碘量;居民户碘盐检测,甘孜、阿坝及凉山州每县共抽300户居民户盐样;其余县(市、区)每县抽288户居民户盐样,按照国标GB/T13025.7-1999中仲裁法定量测定。结果全省应完成监测县182个,实际上报数据县182个,按照方案规定样本量完成监测县182个,均为100%。按各地人口数加权后统计,全省合格碘盐食用率93.5%,碘盐覆盖率98.8%,碘盐合格率94.5%。结论四川省所辖182县(市、区)均按要求开展并完成规定样本量监测,实现了碘盐监测无盲区;全省合格碘盐食用率,碘盐覆盖率,碘盐合格率均大于90%,消除碘缺乏病工作成效得到进一步巩固。

Objective To get to know and grasp the process at household level, find out the problems qualified and edible condition of iodized-salt production and and provide scientific foundation for the following preventative and cure strategies. Methods According to《The National Supervision Scheme of IS》, nine producing and processing corporations were randomly sampled from any one of the branch corporations to examine the content of IS. In the counties of Ganzi, Aba and Liangshan, 300 samples were sampled from the residents while in the rest cities, 288 samples were sampled to examine the content of IS. Results The number of the counties that should complete the examination and actually reported the related data were both 182, and the number of the counties that fulfilled the examine task was 182. On the basis of the population of each county, the coverage rate of qualified IS was 93.5%, the coverage rate of IS was 98.8% and the qualified rate of IS was 94. 5% . Conclusions At the provincial level, all of the 182 counties under the governance of Sichuan Province fulfill the examinations on the prescribed samples, realizing blind-free areas of IS examination and pushing our work to a new stage. The coverage rate of qualified IS, the coverage rate of IS and the qualified rate of IS are all above 90%. Accordingly, it is reasonable to believe that the work for eliminating diseases due to lack of iodine is further solidified.
