顾客价值在公共卫生信息服务中的应用

摘要 顾客价值是近年来企业共同关注的焦点,也是市场营销学科的前沿理论研究和实践领域,其对于改变公共卫生信息服务模式、提高公共卫生信息服务水平具有重要的借鉴价值和指导作用。本文介绍顾客价值的内涵,分析公共卫生顾客价值的构成及特点,并就基于顾客价值的公共卫生信息服务提出建议。
