Experience of the Treatment of Bleeding after Tooth Extraction in 338 Cases

目的:观察分析拔牙后出血原因,找出治疗方法及预防措施。方法:收集我院口腔科2000年～2007年收治的拔牙后出血病例338例进行整理、分析。结果:拔牙后出血的局部因素占94.97%,全身因素占5.03%。结论:拔牙后出血以局部因素多见,其中牙龈、软组织损伤占33.44%,缝合软组织能起到很好止血作用。全身因素引起的出血需要系统治疗及时处理,否则危及生命。

Conclusion： Most bleeding after tooth extraction was due to local factors, including gums and soft tissue injuries accounted for 33. 44 percent, stitching and soft tissue could play a good role to stop bleeding. Bleeding Caused by systemic faCtors needed for timely processing system, or life-threatening.
