目的:了解琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片降压作用情况。方法:在规范治疗基础病基础上,(1)治疗组:氨氯地平5mg 日一次,联合琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片23.75mg～47.5mg 日一次。(2)对照组:氨氯地平5mg 日一次。服药时间均为3个月。结果:对血压控制两组比较有显著差异,心绞痛发作次数明显减少,心功能有明显改善,心率反应性增快者明显减少,患者睡眠也有改善。结论:琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片降压作用肯定,安全可靠,价格适中。
