半夏泻心汤加减治疗慢性粘连性肠梗阻45例总结

The Effect of Pinellia Decoction for Purging Stomach-Fire on 45 Patients of Chronic Adhesive Intestinal Obstruction

目的:探讨半夏泻心汤加减方法治疗慢性粘连性肠梗阻的效果。方法:采用半夏泻心汤(半夏、黄芩、干姜、人参、炙甘草、黄连、大枣)加减方法治疗慢性粘连性肠梗阻45例1个月,观察临床疗效。结果:临床治愈21例(46.7%),显效:9(20.0%),有效:12例(26.7%),总有效率93.4%。结论:半夏泻心汤加减对慢性粘连性肠梗阻有较好的治疗效果。

Objective：To investigate the curative effect of Pinellia Decoction for Purging Stomach-Fire in treating chronic adhesive intestinal obstruction. Methods： Pinellia Decoction for Purging Stomach-Fire （ Pinellia tuber, Scutellaria root, Dried ginger, Ginseng, Prepared licorice root, Coptis root, Chinese-dates） were applied to 45 patients of chronic adhesive intestinal obstruction with 1 months to observe their effects. Results： 21 cases recovered（46. 7% ） ,9 cases improved（20.0% ） ,12 cases reacted positively（26. 7% ） ,the overall efficiency rate being93. 4%. Conclusion： Pinellia Decoction for Purging Stomach-Fire have satisfactory therapeutic effects on chronic adhesive intestinal obstruction.
