IgA肾病患者脂联素与胰岛素抵抗临床探讨

The Clinical Study of the Relationship between Adiponectin Levels and Insulin Resistance in IgA Nepropathy

目的:探讨 IgA 肾病患者脂联素水平与胰岛素抵抗的关系。方法:测定83例不同临床表现的 IgA 肾病患者空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、脂联素和血脂水平。结果:IgA 肾病患者脂联素水平表达肾功能不全组高于肾病综合症组、高于肥胖组。结论:IgA 肾病患者脂联素水平表达与胰岛素抵抗、肾功能和尿蛋白定量相关。

Objective ：To explort the relationship between adiponectin levels and insulin resistance in IgA nepropathy Methods： Serum adiponecfin fasting glucose, fasting insulin and lipids level were measured in 83 IgAN patient, Results： Adiponectin levels is highly expressed in chronic renal failure patients than Nephrotic syndrome and obese people in IgAN. ConClusion： adiponectin level is correlated with Insulin reSistance ,renal function and 24-hour urine proteinuria excretion
