血清肝细胞生长因子测定对内科急性肾损伤患者的临床意义

Clinical Significance of the Serum Concentrations of Hepatocyte Growth Factor on Medicine Acute Kidney Injury Patients

目的:探讨血清肝细胞生长因子(HGF)浓度与急性肾损伤(AKI)的关系。方法:用 ELISA 法测定 AKI 患者血清 HGF浓度,分析 HGF 与 eGFR、脏器损伤数目、近期预后的关系。结果:HGF 浓度:AKI 各组均高于正常对照组,并随脏器损伤数目增多而升高(P=0.000);与 eGFR 呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:HGF 可以反映 AKI 病情的程度。

Objective ：To investigate the relationship between the serum concentrations of hepatocyte growth factor （HGF）and acute kidney injury（AKI）. Methods： Adopt the method of ELISA to compare the concentration of HGF with AKI. Analysis the relation between HGF and eGFR, prognosis, No of viscera injury. Results： HGF were significantly higher than those of healthy control and rising along with the amount of viscera injury （ P = 0. 000）, were negatively correlated with eGFR （ P 〈 0.05 ）, Conclusion： HGF could reflected the degree of AKI.
