产妇临产后的健康教育方法及效果评价 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨产妇临产后如何通过健康教育降低产妇紧张、焦虑心理,进而缩短产程,使其处于最佳的分娩状态达到安全顺利的分娩目的。方法:选择2007年8月~10月在我院分娩的初产妇随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用多种规范化健康教育方法,对照组采用常规方法进行指导,观察两组产妇产程的进展情况。结果:实验组与对照组相比有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:通过对产妇进行规范化的健康教育,可减轻其紧张心理,缩短产程,使其安全顺利的分娩。 Objective:This is to study how to relieve the anxiety and stress of the maternity after parturient period through bealth education to shorten the stage of labor,maintain the optimal delivery conditions and ensure the safe and smooth delivery.Methods:Primiparaes who underwent childbirth from August 2007 to October 2007 in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into the experimental group and control group.Various standardized health education programs were taken in the experimental group and routine delivery methods were taken in the control group to observe the progress of the primiparaes in the two groups.Results:The experimental group proved to be of statistics significance compared to the control group(P〈0.01)Conclusion:The stage of labor can be shortened.the anxiety and stress can be relieved and the safe and smooth delivery can be ensured through standardized health eduucation provided to the mqternities.
