The Exploration on the Cultivation of Innovative Practice Ability among Vocational College Students

提高高职学生"实践能力、创造能力、就业能力和创业能力"的关键是学生创新型实践能力的养成。高职院校可以通过强化以创新型实践能力为本的办学理念、创新人才教育培养体系、加强"创新型"和"双师型"教师队伍建设、建立完善的实训场所、推进职业资格培训与教学的融合等方法来培养高职学生的创新型实践能力。

The key to improve the ＂practical ability, creativity, entrepreneurship and employment capacity＂ of the Vocational College students is the development of the Innovative Practice Ability. Innovative Practice Ability emphasizes that during the cultivation of practice ability students can be adaptable to changing conditions in accordance with internal and external practice, training the ability to use the previous knowledge, skills consciously for different specific conditions to the most appropriate methods to solve practical problems. Vocational institutions can develop the innovative practice ability by strengthening it firmly as the school-based ideas, innovating the talent education and training system, improving the construction of ＂Innovative＂ and ＂Double Certificate Teachers ＂, establishing the sound practical training establishments and promoting the integration of the vocational qualification training and the regular teaching.
