文章分析了公民有限参与的时代背景,阐述了公民有限参与政府决策的内涵和具体体现,总结出公民有限参与政府决策是具有转型期时代特征的公民参与形态,同时它也是一种需要修正和完善的公民参与形态。
The article analyses the background of the civil participation into government decision-making and expatiate the conception and characters of the limited civil participation. Limited civil participation is a characteristic participation modality in transition in China, meanwhile, it also needs to be modified and perfected.
