摘要
本文从机构改革中突显的行政伦理价值观入手,分析了新一轮改革提出的伦理建设要求及存在的伦理建设障碍,并相应地提出了行政伦理的提升途径。
This article starts with the ethical values of the institutional reform,analyzed new requirements of reforms to the ethical development also the existing ethical development barriers,and accordingly puts forward the ethical development way to upgrade.
